Manufactured with a heavy brass barrel, it is a durable work-horse that will last a lifetime with proper care, maintenance and an occasional new blade. It comes with a narrow cutter head, also called a pattern head. The durable brass body has a cross hatched metal barrel for a sure grip. The carbide wheel will last many times longer than cheaper non-carbide cutters. Please note that there is a brass nut on the end, not a brass ball like the Toyo Comfort Grip Supercutter #6818.
